The 6 week intro course is where we lay the foundation. We learn the basic fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle. You will be feeling energized and like you can take on the world! But we are just scratching the surface. You will have the opportunity to join my exclusive, VIP community where we continue to build the house. Real, sustainable results come with time & consistency. My Monthly membership is filled with guest trainings, bonus resources, continued accountability and monthly pop-up challenges! But most importantly, you have the continued resources, coaching, & accountability to help you see your goals through. The cost of my monthly membership is $79 a month and you can cancel at any time.

This is actually where I was when I joined the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. I was newly postpartum with my youngest, Gus, and I felt so lost. I was wading through diapers and bottles, desperately trying to find 8 minutes so I could shower. I knew no one was coming to rescue me and it had to be my decision to take control. I signed up for the FW and committed (because I had to make my investment worth it!). I had about 45 minutes a day to get my workout in, shower, and eat. That 6 week investment is the best thing I ever did for my mental health and my babies. You and I will work together to make a few small tweaks to the program and keep a close eye on your milk supply, but it is 100% safe and doable for you to register.
